Cancellation Policy
All appointments cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge, all appointments cancelled day of are subject to a 100% charge. In order to avoid this fee please cancel 48+ hours in advance! Additionally, we will make an effort to fill the appointment slot before charging the required fee!
How early to arrive
We recommend all new clients are 10-15 minutes prior to appointment start time to ensure necessary paperwork is done + allow our staff time to provide any new client info we may need to! Existing clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early! Please note, late arrival may result in a shortened service, fee, or inability to complete the service.
Product Pick up
Our reception hours are Monday-Thursday 9-6 & Friday 9-5! Clients are always welcome to pop in without an appointment, during reception hours, to purchase product or gift cards!
