Dedicated Reception Support:
Our reception is the backbone of our operation, running efficiently for over 40 hours a week to assist with checkouts, client bookings, and addressing any client queries. With dedicated support, our providers can focus on delivering exceptional service while leaving administrative tasks in capable hands.
Hands-On Business Owner:
As a business owner, I’m actively involved in the day-to-day operations. Frequently present in the building, and providing invaluable support to team members, working hands-on with clients, assisting in achieving marketing goals, and continuously striving to enhance our services. This presence ensures that every team member feels supported and valued, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Available Positions
Experienced Cosmetic Injector
This is a role we previously had within the building that had explosive growth. We are confident the numbers experienced in 2023 with this position will be reached again + beyond with the right injector on our team! We are seeking an injector with experience injecting Neurotoxins + Facial fillers. Additional experience in sculptra is a plus! This position will include a private room for a full time injector (36+ hours/week), or a shared space if part time hours are preferable!
Requirements: Experience for 12+ months injecting tox & filler, Valid nursing license with the state of wisconsin
Wellness 360 already has a medical director, this expense is covered by Wellness 360 & available for our cosmetic injector to utilize
Aesthetician
We are seeking a Aesthetician to join the team! Our esthetics services are some of our most popular in our entire building! We have offered facial + waxing services since the beginning and have continuously expanded & advanced this section of business! We are looking for 2 part time or 1 full time esthetician to join us! This position would include a private or shared room, based on services offered & desired schedule! Ideal candidate must have experience in waxing and facials & be comfortable with body waxing! Additional experience in medical aesthetics, lash enhancements, and brow enhancements is a plus!
Requirements: Valid wisconsin esthetician license
Hair Stylist
We are seeking a hair stylist to join our team! This will be a shared room with our current stylist, Kayla! Kayla has been with us for two years and has recently welcomed home a baby girl! With this life shift, she will be stepping back her hours to utilize the space Thursday evenings, Fridays, and some saturdays! The new stylist would be welcome to use the room on opposite days to Kayla! Kayla is also willing to provide mentorship + guidance to the right fit, if desired!
Requirements: Valid Cosmetology license through the state of wisconsin
Registered Dietitian
Nutrition is the core of Wellness 360 and where we started! Owner Sydney is a Certified Nutritionist and specializes in working with micronutrients & supplements. We have had an inhouse Dietitian for the end of 2023/beginning of 2024 and loved having this booking option for clients looking to focus more on food + macronutrients! Due to life shifts, our incredible dietitian is no longer able to stay on the team, so we are eager to fill this role! This would be a flexible position with a shared, furnished office with Sydney!
Requirements: Valid Dietitian license with the state of wisconsin
Bridal Hair or Makeup Artist
We are looking for 1-2 more hair stylists & makeup artists to join our bridal team! This is a position that is NOT in our studio & for stylists that are looking to expand further into the bridal industry. These roles are flexibil & each booking can be accepted or declined by our artists! IN 2023 we serviced 54 wedding and are anticipating doing 70+ in 2024!
